ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS
Domaine du Bousquet is an 18th century wine-growing estate located in the vicinity of Montady near Béziers. The estate is only a short distance from the Oppidum d'Ensérune and is included in the conservation area of the Etang de Montady.
The project involved converting the estate into approximately 50 apartments (2 to 5 bedrooms) without interfering with the existing nature of the buildings.
The designs for this project were produced by us for the privately owned contracting authority SCI Chateau de Bousquet. The total cost of the project amounted to approximately 6 million euros.
