ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS
We have been commissioned by the village of Saint Cyprien for a renovation and extension project of Tour Bolte. This tower is probably the oldest existing feature of the estate. The adjacent buildings appear in the Napoleonic land registries of 1808.
The project, which will be undertaken in association with the DRAC, will include a museum of locally produced contemporary art works, workshops, a shop and accommodations. Project specifications have led us to design an extension for the south facing side of the building in order to create a new entry into the building.
The extension will include a reception hall, lifts to the upper floors and a shop. In contrast with the contemporary style of the extension, the existing building will be restored according to the rules of the trade.
The cost of the project amounts to 2 million euros.
