ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS
The restoration of the Auch hospital was entrusted to us by property developers SOGIMM and SEMGERS. Constructed in the 18th century, it is now a listed building as many of its features, including the composition of volumes and openings, are typical of this construction period. Most of the general hospitals that were commissioned by Louis XIV have their own private chapel.
This remarkable building was restored with the help of the architects of the Bâtiments de France. It was converted into approximately 50 apartments, most of them large. Completed in 2007 the cost of this renovation project amounted to approx. 5 million euros.
