ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS
The designs for the rehabilitation project of the former St Charles hospital in Montpellier were entrusted to us by property developers SOGIMM and ELLUL. In this project, the old hospital was converted into 180 apartments and several commercial premises. This was achieved without interfering with the nature of this unusual listed building dating from the 1930s. The impressive stairways decorated with mosaics and glassed-in walls, and many other period features such as the railings, banisters and light fittings were all restored and included in the completion this major renovation project. The total cost of the project, which was completed towards the end of 2006, amounted to 15 million euros.
