The community centre at Lavérune near Montpellier, which was inaugurated in January 2001, provides social-educational facilities and rest rooms for children aged from 2 to 12 years.
The building also includes a section reserved for administrative purposes and a restaurant with a seating capacity for up to 200 children.
The cost of this subsidized project (net floor area = 850m2) amounted to 600,000 euros.
