We were entrusted by GROUPE ELLUL property developers to produce the designs for 3 apartment blocks (ground floor + 2 upper floors), each one with parking facilities in the basement in the Vertefeuille district of Perpignan.
The buildings were designed as a simple parallelepiped with sloping roofs. Balconies and loggias add relief and shadows to the facades.
The project included 35 apartments (12 single bedroom, 17 two bedroom, 4 three bedroom and 2 four bedroom flats) in accordance with the contracting authority.
Cypress trees, sweet gum trees, umbrella pines, oleanders and lavender were planted in the gardens.
The overall cost of this project amounted to 2.15 million euros excluding VAT for a net floor area of 3,127m2.
