M. CAPALLERAS and the company COMIN chose to establish their business premises in the hilly area at the back of Collioure. As this is a particularly sensitive site, it was crucial to achieve the best possible integration with the surrounding countryside.
Chosen materials, for example schist and yellow granite, helped meet this requirement. Even the size of the new buildings, with a surface area of over 2,500 m2, has only a very limited impact on the surrounding area, as it follows the lines of stone-walled terraces of the vineyards above.
Overall surface area of the two projects : 2,544 m2 ( 1;572 m2 and 972 m2 ).
Total cost: 3 million euros (1.8M and 1.2M)
